Returns
If the purchased product does not suit you, you can exchange or return it within 7 calendar days after delivery. Please note that the item must be unused, without signs of wear, and in its original condition with factory labels and seals intact.
We kindly ask you to try on the item carefully, avoiding mechanical damage, contact with cosmetics or perfumes. If the item doesn’t fit and you decide not to proceed with the purchase, do not remove tags, labels, or seals.
To return an item, you need to:
- Contact us by writing to our email ag@dearme.kg
- Download and complete the return form.
- Pack the item you wish to return in a bag or branded box and include the completed and signed return form.
- Send the return package at your own expense through any courier service with tracking to the seller's warehouse (address confirmed by the manager via email) within 7 calendar days using door-to-door service.
- Send the tracking number to the email address ag@dearme.kg
- Refund will only be processed after receiving and thoroughly inspecting the returned items. If return deadlines are missed or return rules are not followed (e.g., signs of wear, missing tags, labels, or seals), the return will be denied, and the package will be sent back to the buyer at their expense.
- Wait for the refund to be processed. Refunds are processed by the seller within 1-3 working days after receiving the package from the buyer, provided the return form is correctly filled out and the item meets the return requirements. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable. The timeline for funds to be credited depends on the bank.
